A pleasant surprise
Just back from GenCon and stumbled upon this game.
I own a store called Mecha Games in Canada and we are always looking for new RPGs to introduce in the community. We look forward discussing with the group how to sell it in our store.
The game will feel familiar to anyone who plays D&D but has an approach that makes it their own take on fantasy role-play. The rules allow for a great experience where people aren't needing to constantly refer to the book. Love it!

Great product! I’ve spent countless hours of fun just on this one product alone. The lost citadel of the Scarlett Minotaur is a world of fun and terror you can inflict onto your friends! Pretty much every time someone goes into the dungeon there is a possibility of death. In fact it happens often! This only creates real drama, real suspense, real fear! This system is amazing. It has elevated my Dungeons & Dragons game. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Shadowdark is what I was missing from 5e, I cut my teeth with Ad&d 2nd edition and this game, Shadowdark!, Has reclaimed my love of the game!

Quick to run
These are great for running a game on the go. Anytime I find myself playing Shadowdark even on discord, I keep the Player Quick Start Guide on hand. For the basics I need to run, this could be no simpler. While I am not particularly a fan on pregen characters, these are done on excellent card stock and a quick easy reference to get any table running. The Quick Start DM guide also comes with an adventure, one not found in the CORE rules as well as one two items unique to Shadowdark.
Lost Citadel of the Scarlet Minotaur was both fun to run and play and these adventures are the hall mark of Kelsey Dionne who has been a life long TTRPG player.

Great system, easy to pickup and enjoy a dungeon without the slog of details from other systems. Highly recommend you should pick this up
