    Great supplement for Shadowdark

    It's an amazing supplement. It gives oracles, best practices for solo play, rules adjustments for things like torch duration, since the one hour commonly use doesn't have that much sense for solo play. It also shows how to adjust the game for 1 character or a party in solo play, and this is something most solo games don't mention at all.
    That single extra step is what made this from a solid 4 stars to a wonderful 5 stars.

    Solid rules for solo play

    Works pretty well by itself and really shines if you combine it with some other solo tools. I’ve started a solo campaign to try out some things before I throw it at my group and am really loving it.

    SoloSD is a breeze

    While I tend to use a number of more detailed charts and tables for my solo-play -- using the SD rules as the core mechanic was really easy and intuitive.
