These handy, two-page adventures (front and back) give you all you need to run:

  • An opulent prison-palace sinking into the sea where a deadly poison grows, 4th level
  • A temple where cultists of the Elephant God jealously guard a legendary jewel, 6th level
  • A twisted cavern full of pirate treasure and pale, bloodsucking stingbats, 4th level
  • A leprechaun's redoubt where fey trickery hides a fabled pot of gold, 3rd level

Five Fun Gaming Nights

These mini-adventures are a great way to start, or fill-in, any Shadowdark campaign. Each one has enough substance to fill a solid three hours or so for a group of four or more (might move faster with smaller groups). Each mini-adventure is generic enough that you could drop it into most settings as a discovery while traveling, but each also has its own self-contained story to reveal (kind of like those mysterious stand-alone buildings or dungeons not related to the main storyline in FALLOUT or ELDER SCROLLS games). They include suggested loots but on the thin side, encouraging GMs to upgrade or add to it. Great value for the price!

Saved my butt

Exactly what I needed: A handful of 1-2 session adventures, top quality and inexpensive, and ready to play with minimal prep time. That last bit was why it saved my butt. I would 100% buy a volume two, were one to exist.
